Brodart |
MLNC members
receive a 13% discount on prices from the current Brodart Supplies and
Furnishings Catalog when they note the discount code on their orders. The
discount cannot be used in conjunction with written bid pricing or other
promotions/specials offered by Brodart. Security Systems / Accessories, ImageMouse,
ScanPro Products, Indust 5001 Book Copier / Scanner, and ST-200 Microfilm
Viewer / Scanner, and Automation Division Products are excluded from the discount. |

MLNC members receive a 16%
discount on most products; library promotional products and educational
items are discounted 5%; furniture and equipment are discounted 10%. MLNC
members should indicate that they are current members and include the DEMCO
quotation number on all orders. There will be a $50.00 order minimum
required (after discounts are taken) for these terms to apply. The discount
cannot be used in conjunction with written bid pricing or other promotions
or specials offered by DEMCO. 3M Tattletape products, Self-Check system,
Staff Workstation, Video Check-out, Checkpoint products, Kwik Case products,

MLNC members receive a 16% discount
on supplies and a 12% discount on furniture when the
MLNC contract number is listed in the library's order. The
minimum order is $25.00. 3M Security Systems, Gaylord
wood book trucks, archival products, computer software and
peripherals, AV equipment, book charger rentals, government postals
and custom work are not eligible for the discount. The discount cannot be
combined with any other offers. |

MLNC members receive a 15% discount
off in stock items. Items shipped from the manufacturer
receive 11% off catalog prices. Stock shipments of
$100.00 or more will qualify for free shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling is
added to your invoice on items shipped directly from the
manufacturer. There is a minimum order requirement of $50
and the Highsmith Co-op number must be included on all
orders. This offer is not valid on bids, LibrarySparks magazine,
3M security products, sale catalogs, orders already in progress, Edupress,
Learning Well, Mindsparks, Interact, or with other
discounts. |

The Library Store will give MLNC member libraries a
15% discount on orders of
$50 and over for regular supply items and furniture from their current
catalog. Excluded are 3M Security products, Checkpoint security products and
all roller-type laminators. MLNC members should indicate that they are
current members and include the Library Store reference bid number on all
orders. The bid reference may also be referenced on the website in the
coupon code field for online orders. Their catalog is available online or
you may request a paper catalog on their site. |

Resource for archival supplies. The discount for MLNC member libraries is
15% on
most items, and 10% on cabinets, shelving, and presses. MLNC members should
indicate that they are current members and always mention the discount code on
all orders. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with written bid pricing

Suppliers of store fixtures, media products and accessories. MLNC members
receive a special 15% discount off the entire catalog’s regular prices. This
offer does not apply to special sale flyers or Internet specials. However, if
the sale price is lower than the 15% discounted price, you will receive the
lower sale price. Catalog and online orders require special bid numbers which
can be received by contacting Beverly Hawthorne at the MLNC office. The discount
will not appear online, but will be deducted prior to invoicing and shipping.
All orders will be billed directly to each MLNC member on a net 30 basis.
