workflows.
The Knowledgebase includes several modules:

- Free Open Access titles
- Databases and electronic collections
- Internal databases and custom connectors
- ERM data including price, acquisition and other information
Online databases originate from publishers, aggregators, database
producers and vendors. Internal private databases are particular to any
given customer.
