MLNC Online Workshop Registration Form

If you prefer not to register online, submit an online workshop registration form by fax or mail.

Online classes can be viewed and heard by a group of people at a single computer. If this is the case, please register only one attendee who will log in on behalf of the group. Alternatively, the presentation can be viewed and heard by one or more people from the same institution at separate workstations. If this is the case, please register each individual attendee who needs to log in to the class. Regardless of whether you attend as an individual or as a group, the workshop fee for your membership level will be charged for each person who views the session ($300 max per institution per class).

Please contact the person at your institution who processes your OCLC invoices. Verify with them that your institution has an active prepay account established with MLNC and that you are authorized to charge this workshop to that prepay account.
