Advanced WorldCat Resource Sharing
This two-day
online class will address advanced features and uses of OCLC's
interlibrary loan service, WorldCat Resource Sharing.
Day One:
- Using the ILL policies directory, including setting up new
deflection policies
- Batch printing and updating of ILL requests
- Effective searching techniques
Day Two:
Full or Associate members: $60.00 per person

Audience: Interlibrary loan staff interested in the advanced
functionality of the OCLC interlibrary loan system. Experience in using
WorldCat Resource Sharing is strongly recommended.

- a web browser
- a microphone
- speakers
As Centra often requires a small download, it is essential
